I can recommend Digital Point. The forum itself does not only talk about blogging but pretty much everything related to owning web sites and making a living through the Internet.
I hope you like it. I think it's the biggest forum out there for Internet marketers.

I think DP is well past its prime. Now it's just full of people trying to push their own products and landing pages. The level of useful, thoughtful discussion has fallen greatly. I do still get traffic from there, but the quality of traffic is very low.
