Do you use Twitter for marketing your blog?

I'm just starting my Twitter experience with plans to eventually use it to market my blog.

I've read some of the online "manuals", but now I'm wondering if any of you use a Twitter client for marketing (or do you use the web interface)? If so, would you mind sharing which ones you like and why?

I have all my blog posts posted to my Twitter account and it gives me an extra 50-60 a day. I have about 1050 followers.

I use twitter every day. Every time I add a new post to my blog, I tweet about it. I also try not to tweet just links to my blog as it can be overkill for some followers so I break it up with a tweet here and there about my mundane life

Not really, nope. I do use it, meet people, talk to people, look at links, discover new blogs, etc, and that all helps my own site and somewhat indirectly markets my brand/site/name, but I don't post about my every post or use it to encourage people to visit.
