Do you have a statistics counter for your blog? (like google analytics or statcounter)? If you do, you should be able to go there and check the referring sites - I would think that if you are getting visits from Blogrush, it would show up there, or you would have a list of individual blogs as referring sites. I have had this widget for over a week now, and I do not notice any increase in traffic. I am considering giving them one more week before deleting (they keep promising the grand update...)

thanks for that one.. I check my statcounter and yes i have traffic from blogrush but i only have 4

not that much just like what they promise..

i have their widget for 2weeks...

In the last week I've had 1 hit from BlogRush, 1 hit from StumbleUpon (I'm not a member) and 6 hits from here

I'm laying off on Blogrush as well. Relevant forums can be awesome sources of traffic. The more posts you make that help others the more "chances" you get at someone wanting to see what you are all about.

My BlogRush traffic has been increasing. It still isn't much, but it's up to about 4 a day, from about 1 a day in the beginning.

I'm going to try it- If i dont' see a difference, its coming off because the widget is hella ugly

Thanks, kmcgiveron, the article has "good sense" advice, as does the other articles on that blog.

At least BlogRush has eliminated "spam" sites and seem serious about keeping it clean. So, I am still not sure what I will do with it.

I'm beginning to get optimistic about BlogRush. I like the new dashboard they have installed. I am seeing a small rise in my traffic, and I expect it will grow over time - as I gain more credits and they gain more members...

So far, it seems like BlogRush is a "ring" generator. I like the idea of choosing your category, and getting "relevant" traffic. Now, if they can deliver the relevance. They say they are working on that. So, I continue to wait...

I've gotten a trickle of traffic from BlogRush at the very beginning, and it's grown slowly over time. I'd say I'm getting about 5 visitors a day from them now, on average, up from 1 in the first days.

The new stats are great, and the expanded category list they'll roll out on Friday should help improve click through rates.
