I would say anywhere from 20 hits a day to 40 hits a day would be great!

I believe that the best way to get good traffic is to post in forums such as this and also to make sure that you always use a pinging service (Pingoat) after every post. This way search engines will always know that your content exists in the first place... Hope this helps!
