It's a topsite, you have to put a button on your site. However many hits/clickthroughs that button gets places you at the top of the list.

Nice idea flip, was a topsite owner in my time too. Quick question, noticed you use Aarvark ATP. They got over the spam problem yet? As the spam and server load forced me to shut mine down?

Yes sort of. As mentioned above whatever sites send the toplist the most traffic get placed near the top. These can work and work better in some industries more than others.
