While video marketing was mentioned, I'd say the piece you are missing is social media in general. While you can't buy (aren't supposed to buy) things like Diggs, Stumbles, or YouTube views, you can encourage them. You are off to a good marketing start, just throw a little social media into the mix, and always focus on adding great content, and things will start to take off.

We're finally at averaging 50 unique visitors per day. It's taken a long time getting there. I'm still not quite understanding the whole social bookmarking thing. I'm with the top 5 bookmarking sites plus Twitter and Facebook, but only use the last two regularly. I've been meaning to make a schedule or daily "blog to-do" list to keep me on track. You know, make "work" hours... do any of you guys do this? I feel like I would be more productive with some structure.

There are also more sites you can join that are specifically geared toward increasing blog treaffic. CMF Ads, Blog Catalog and Entrecard are a few - these are all kind of like adgitize.
