I'd recommend visiting the biggest cat blog I know, daisythecurlycat.blogspot.com for some ideas. There's a lot of cat-centric communities on the internet, and it's worth joining them if you have a cat blog. It's quite an intense community at times, but they always seem to comment on things.

Wehn I started my first blog I struggled to get 30 views a day. After three years it has got up to about 300 or 400 views, mostly from keyword searches. However I now have a website on the same topic, which gets about 2500 visits a day. For some reason websites seem to do much better.

its usually the other way round - blogs get more traffic than static websites due to pinging, RSS, fresh content on index page my guess is that there's a big difference in the quality of the SEO built into the two sites - i.e. one is search engine friendly and the other is not posting the 2 urls will let people give their opinion |

I think this scenario is reversed. you need to tell us what you're doing so we can learn from you. At this point, I'm willing to kill for your performance.

Well, If you are a newB, you Should not worry about traffic, because it will take most of you time,What i'll suggest you, iis to create quality content, and keep reading blogs in your nich, so that you can understand how things are done in your niche. Grow you blog for one or two months and then, start thinking of getting attention. Beacuse, at this point of time, people who visit your blog, will not take your blog seriously as ther is not much information on your blog. Think about it and giv it a try. |
