So I write a growing guitar blog and have found some really useful stuff on this forum.

Is anyone else out there writing a guitar or music blog? Be great if we could share what's working and what's not.

I am considering writing a new blog about music, although I am relatively new to blogging altogether. I would ideally like to write about the music I like and have it be a place where people with similar tastes could read reviews and find new bands, since it is rather difficult/time consuming to do so.

sounds like a good idea. in a few of my first posts i included a few bands i was listening to but didn't really comment about them. I'm new to blogging too, this is my second month but it's pretty good fun.

Nice if you get a comment on your blog (took me like 5 weeks before i got one though). Confirms that there is someone out there reading it! ha!

I just looked around you're blog real quick, looks great! I used to play a drum set but I found out that it took way more of my time than I thought it would. Now I would just rather listen to good musicians than figure out how to play

I have a client that is launching a guitar website shortly. I'll let you know it could be a good opportunity for anyone to create a 3 way link exchange, where everyone benefits from a one-way link to their site or blog.
