I understand what you're trying to say but I think people actually want to make money not just save it... because if you have nothing to save, then your penny saved isn't a penny earned...

If you are not habitual of saving then how much you earn doesn't matter. You will always be finding ways of earning till end of your life. Both are important.

Unfortunately for some people there comes a time when saving is impossible. And even worse, there are times when the savings run out.

what a great tip my dad told me is does not matter how much money u make just the same out every week so just say i started making 500 pound a week then i will take 200 pound out week to spend. but if that goes up to me making 2000 week STILL take out 200 pound a week for spends. that is the best way to save up because it does not matter how much money you earn i know a few of my friends have really good jobs earning triple my pay a week and still got no money to spend because everytime they got a pay raise they spent it still every week. there is always stuff to spend money on.
