Link exchange with quality unique content blogs (web development mainly)

Hello.

I am trying to have some blogs as partners since I have started my blog weeks ago and there are too few links in my blog.

My blog is located at www.ramonaiftode.com .. it's my name (smart, I know) and I want to make it a personal blog (few articles in this) and more a web development resource for people who are in love with this as I am.

I have 20-30 unique articles already and it will be frequently updated. Its traffic will also increase little by little and I assume the visitors will also appreciate some good unique content.

Since I do have some big plans with it and I want to partner with some other great blogs I would like to ask for some links exchange deals with you. I would dare raise some conditions though:

1. the blog needs to be a serious one. I don't want copy-paste, youtube, entrecard schemes or anything that is subquality. I have read some awesome blogs, I know they are here too .. So .. if you do have unique and well written content, please let me know, if not, let's not waste time.

2. the content needs to be updated frequently. At least 1 post a week, I don't like inactive blogs since they don't have any future.

3. I am interested mainly in web development blogs, blogging, programming etc. Of course some witty personal ones are also welcome.

The main thing is that I need quality partners.
