Looking for a Contact Form Plugin

Im looking for a contact form plugin. But I want something that also gives a list of things people can ask about specifically.

this is for a site I am working on for Tom Cullerton, a candidate for the Illinois Senate

I have been using Doug Karr's WP-Contact Form with good success.

It's nice and quick and easy.

I've been very happy with Dagon Design's pretty sitemap plugin so I went with Dagon Design secure contact form plugin for a client site: just added it about 10 days ago, but so far we like it very much.

Thanks for the tip on the contact form, I just got done setting this up for a fishing tournament registration form on my brothers fishing blog.

Wish us luck or sign up if you are a fisherman in the Fox Lake Illinois area.

The cforms plugin is very easily customized, I like it.
