Hi. I switched from Blogger to Wordpress many years ago, but I found instructions that may help you out at Add a Contact Form with Spam Protection.

Use the service kontactr dot com. Simply create an account there, generate the form code, and paste the code directly in your new post made for contact form. It works like a charm and has no limitations.

just add your email id below your blog so any people want to contact you then they give to you email.

If you put your email link on your blog - or anywhere online - without encrypting it, you're guaranteed to get tons of spam.

Doug, the developer is a nice guy and helped me fix a few code bugs I was having with a later release of Wordpress.

Also for WordPress there is cforms with either CAPTCHA prevention or question based (i.e. Is fire hot or cold?). Easily customizable too.
