Hi. I switched from Blogger to Wordpress many years ago, but I found instructions that may help you out at Add a Contact Form with Spam Protection.

If you put your email link on your blog - or anywhere online - without encrypting it, you're guaranteed to get tons of spam.

even a simple name(at)domain.com is dangerous nowadays, use a contact form or image to display emails.

On Wordpress I use:
WordPress Contact Form with Spam Protection WordPress Contact Form with Spam Protection | The Marketing Technology Blog Doug, the developer is a nice guy and helped me fix a few code bugs I was having with a later release of Wordpress.

Also for WordPress there is cforms with either CAPTCHA prevention or question based (i.e. Is fire hot or cold?). Easily customizable too.
