AdPeeps isn't really meant to be used in wordpress. You need a way to execute a php/mySQL script which WordPress makes a bit hard to do. This is kind of requiring above-average server settings in order to operate. I would probably recommend a system that has been built specifically for WordPress than one of these more generic scripts.

actually.. no. You can add the ads any way you like. Either with php, inline frames, javascript (much like google) etc.
And if you have multiple sites and want to offer "complete ad packages" it comes in handy.
