Also, there's a Wordpress plugin to enable your favicon...FaviconHead.

If you use this, just upload your favicon to your /public html folder and you're set.

You might be able to pull it off by having your favicon remotely hosted.

Thanks for the help guys.

It is possible to change the favicon in blogger. Al you have to do is follow the regular instruction for creating a favicon, and then add this code within the header section of the edit template page.

<link href='http://www.webiste.com/favicon.ico' rel='Shortcut Icon'/>

and just replace the website with the site that is hosting your favicon.

In the end I guess it was pretty easy to do. I appreciate all the help!

Hi Modified,

What code are you using and where?

For which of your blogs?

Good luck

Lightbulb favicon.ico coding?

I just upload my favicon.ico file to the root of my website and it works for me with no special coding.

Hey, I just noticed that Bloggeries.com does not have a favicon.ico

Hello,

Bloggeries has one on the home page, I'm not sure why Rob didn't use one for the forum.

For wordpress the Favicon Head plugin is pretty popular.

Best of luck
