I agree about Digg. I submitted a story, on what to look out for when purchasing a foreclosed property, that got fairly popular and recieved over 100 diggs which is pretty good for a real estate article. Digg has so many spammers in that category you can get a well intentioned article buried in a hurry. Anyways back to my point, I recieved about 150 visits to my blog from that post and then the visits slowed and so did the new Diggs and in less than three weeks it was gone. No more traffic left. I think that is why posting to forums and guest blogging is more valueable as it continues to recieve visits.
