I did have good
Week 6 Day 2 and
Week 6 Day 3 workouts.
It was a great 6 weeks for me. When I took my final test, I was up to 56 pushups. Far from 100 pushups, but still excellent for a man of 52 years! I plan to restart the program again in November, when I will be on the road for about 6 weeks. That will provide me a good workout, while I'm far from my weights.
