you can follow their terms of service to the letter, and still get banned with adsense :/
My blog was banned, for no reason I could figure out. I appealed the ban, and google just replied my blog was considered a risk to advertisers.
Odd, as its just a blog of fantasy stories.
I am pretty much at a loss of why it would be banned. I guess someone spammed me.
