If you are familiar with FTP you could download the file footer.php and insert it there before the </body>. It will take 24-48 hours before you start seeing stats in analytics.
I just visited your site and it doesn't look like a sponsored theme with footer projection so try what I suggested up top and let us know. That is exactly what I did

. If not footer you can use sidebar.php it's up to you. You just want to put it on a page that is "sitewide" meaning on every page of your blog.
