If the idea becomes popular you may be able to see advertising directly and I'd try that first if not then go with a service. Services just charge alot more. I find it easier to ask someone 50- 75% of what the service would. Thing is unless you get lots of traffic with people emailing you with enquiries ... a service may be worth it!

Plans for monetization at the moment are small, I was thinking about doing the whole text link ads thing when pageranked, and maybe expand the blog to do sponsored reviews. I'd like to keep the directory side of things free  |
