Very nice summary of most of the Wordpress SEO tips that you can find in other similar articles. A couple of other things that I did to help me out was to:
1) Install Google Analytics to track my visitor traffic and corresponding keywords.
2) Place sidebars to the right to move content further up to the top of the HTML page.
