Basically if you get backlinks from the same page as TONES of other totally unrelated sites SE's won't give you that much credit at all. Regardless of the site it's on a LINK FARM is a LINK FARM and they have almost no benefit to the person. As the owner if you run a link farm you can loose your "weight" for giving it around where it's not warranted.
Also when advertising you're "DOFOLLOW" you're inviting spammers from around the globe. Just my $0.02 as always
