Sigh... Yes I've given up one or two. I had one in 2002 but I was never really passionate about the topic and that is the key. I was doing affiliate marketing and tried to use it as an outlet. Unfortunately many many many blogs fade away. I believe primarily because the author's motivations weren't in the right place when it began and / or they had unrealistic expectations. That's why I only try and take blogs that are 4months old minimum to my directory. Most that fade often do so in first 3 months. 3 Months is a long time to write about something with few visitors unless you truly are passionate about it.

Anyone else?
