Nothing comes up on a Google search. Perhaps the plugin is no longer available? I checked the Wordpress docs, and doing a plugin to nofollow all external links no matter where they appear seems to be a non-trivial matter. Wordpress doesn't provide filters for quite every where you'd need to affect.

That only works if you are militant about deleting spam trackbacks, otherwise your site ends up linking to splogs, MFA sites, etc. The same thing's necessary with doFollow comments, of course, so I assume you're being watchful, but I wanted to mention it for the benefit of anyone new to the doFollow world.
