I really like 2 WP plugins:

Counterize (Counterize II - English » Blog der .NET / Navision - Group Halle) Nice stats and analytics
WP - Post Ratings (http://lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming.php): allow to rate each post. Ratings can be shown in a subpage or in the blog entry
