You have a real nice template there. There is always one thing that puts me off on any website that I may come to visit. It is being hit being ads on the main part, first part of the page you see!
Are you wishing your visitors to leave your site straight away by clicking ads and earning revenue or simply clicking the back button?
Would be marvellous if you could move those ads out of the way. Then you could show users your content, they will stay longer and then consider interacting with your website by maybe clicking ads etc.
