I still haven't determined weather the traffic received is quality traffic. Right now I believe a higher percentage of visitors don't even look at anything on your blog besides the Entrecard widget itself. There are all sorts of ways to grab attention of visitors, but I'm not sure weather the time and effort is worth it.
Many will argue any traffic is good, and this might be true, however it all depends what type of site you have and what your long term goals are.
One of the biggest annoyances I have are with blogs that are loaded with so much useless information and graphics that they take forever to load. The last thing I want to do is waste time waiting for a page to load that has nothing but advertisements, just to drop a card.
