Just joined today for this thread. The one from Jared Ritchey does in fact work quite well and is very impressive but it doesn't allow you to use wordpress as a listings manager. The one Jared gives away requires either Open Realty or their fork of Open Realty called EZ Pro Realty and it puts the listings directly into your post.

I'm looking for something similar as well.
