I have a great dynamic link exchange widget from Blogrush. For every page view I get a link in someone else's widget. The best thing is its free.

You can see it if you go to one of my blogs, listed in my signature. Its on the right hand side. You can sign up for the service by clicking at the bottom of the widget. Blogrush is a great service, that has given me a lot of traffic.
