Wanted to try selling my own private ads, if you visit my blog now, you will see that there are 4 ad spaces for 125x125 dimension ads.
This is a nominative price ad, I would suggest $1 each 125x125 space. Partly to test whether my paypal works (wow, what a straight-to-the-face lie, hehe!) and just to test the market and gain experience, besides I need a headstart of a few dollars for to order something to beautify my blog.
So other people will tell you why you should advertise on their blogs, I will tell you why NOT to advertise on mine:
1) Current Alexa rank about 2,700,000. But if you check Alexa's blog, I think there is a glitch, the rank not updated for 1-2 weeks already. Correct me if I am wrong.
2) Averaging only about 40 unique visits per day. Strangely though, received some hits from Google everyday for keywords like 'facial recognition software', this for an article I did early of my blog's life.

4) Not too much content yet.
