My two cents in here as well...I'm not a huge fan of this idea either, Paul. A dedicated scammer forum would accomplish two things (in addition to whatever good could come from it):
1. Turn into a bash-fest, occasionally without cause. (And creating a ton of extra moderation work to be done.)
2. Attract scammers to the forum.
If this were a democracy, I'd vote "no". It's not, of course, since "one man, one vote" in regards to Bloggeries means "Rob's the one man, he's got the one vote."
And that's fine with me.
